International Business Director

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
        
Strategy Development

  • Assist in the development of relationship management strategy to incorporate key components of channel development and new technologies to build a commercially driven future roadmap for Onecall.

  • Input into and understand global, regional and sub-regional strategy for channel development and new technologies for call center industry.

 

Relationship Management

  • Understand business strategies, priorities, needs and business processes of partners.  Share Onecall´s views on industry developments and dynamics and advise them how Onecall can impact their results.

  • Manage the development of strategic plans for partners by integrating and setting priorities based on information about the partners, markets and competitor activities.  Ensure the plans are shared, understood and bought into within Onecall.

  • Establish, develop and manage the strategic alliances and relationship between Onecall and designated partners.

  • Identify new business development opportunities, take accountability for and manage the project evaluation of these.  Focus on achieving business targets through growing existing opportunities and developing new opportunities.

  • Monitor business results of designated partners, anticipate challenges and take proactive measures to accomplish targets.  Ensure effective communication of progress to targets both within Onecall and with external parties.

  • Develop, maintain and cultivate close relationships with decision-makers and senior management of designated partners and in conjunction with, relationship managers and marketing.

  • Represent Onecall by attending and speaking at conferences and business meetings and undertake media/public relations activities in the area, to shape perceptions of the corporation.

  • Develop PR strategies in association with designated PR specialist(s) in order to achieve overall objectives for the country/region, creating the appropriate atmosphere´ for growing Onecall products and services.  

 

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate caliber

  • Extensive experience in call center, ideally with exposure to all elements.

  • Minimum 5-8 years franchising experience in similar role.

  • Sound appreciation of technology

  • Commercial orientation, interpersonally credible, influential in their dealings and sensitive to a multicultural environment.

  • Strong relationship management, selling and negotiation skills.  Able to sell concepts´.

  • Ability to take strategic thinking to operational planning and implementation

  • Ability to manage varied indirect reporting relationships at all levels

 


Contact Center Manager

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor departments, centers and various lines of business to effectively meet call center metrics including abandonment rate, average handle times, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.


  • Monitor and track traffic across the organization adjusting call volume manually on a real time basis. Including in-source and outsource Contact Centers.


  • Analyze call volume and trends to implement appropriate call strategy adjustments.

  • Assist the Command Center management staff in various functions.

  • Posses communication skills required to effectively communicate business needs with all personnel; Act as a resource for answering questions within the daily operations of the organization.

  • Recognize and initiate escalation for all system difficulties, including switch, routing systems, computer systems, customized department systems and all else applicable.

  • Recognize and initiate escalation for all world and weather events that impact the business.

  • Analyze forecasted data and compare it to actual data on a daily basis.

  • Create, analyze and administer scheduling for the call center. This includes new hire schedules, recurring schedule bids, schedule change requests, holiday schedule bids, overtime, voluntary time off, time off phone scheduling, inputting PTO/Vacation and time off into aspect.

  • Provide reports and analyses as needed to drive optimal call delivery results.



Qualifications and Experience Requirements:


  • A minimum of two years experience working within a large call center environment required.

  • A minimum of 1 year working knowledge of spreadsheet software and general knowledge of database software required.

  • A minimum of 2 years experience utilizing an allocation tool required such as: Verizon, AT&T, Sprint DNR or working knowledge and experience of an ICR: Genesis, Verizon, etc.

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience with an eWFM/TCS workforce management system required.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment required.

Franchise Manager
 
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Strategic Franchisee Business Plan and franchisee specific business plans and budgets for each of the franchisees.

  • Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary.

  • Protect brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programs.

  • Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention.

  • Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity.

  • Identify in-store training needs and implement on-the-job-training interventions and coaching.

  • Assist franchisee in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business.

  • Ensure planning and implementation of national marketing campaigns and enforcing correct use of all supporting elements.

  • Act as brand custodian and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all requirements across key functions.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum MBA with major in Marketing preferably with related qualification.

  • Minimum 2-3 years franchising experience in similar role.

  • Good knowledge of Educational Institute operation.

  • Financial and computer literacy

  • Must have ability to think strategically and analytically to articulate and execute marketing tactics in support of strategy

Franchise Coordinator


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of strategic plans for franchises

  • Create and drive approval of internal and external marketing and sales tools and lead facilitation of marketing initiative brainstorms, planning sessions and rollouts

  • Liaise with sales and key account teams for franchisee development

  • Develop and maintain product range information, line and licensee lists and program sales data

  • Responsible for internal communications planning; primary lead with CP Communications

  • Must have high result orientation with a knack of understanding and winning clients, excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation, and a demonstrated background of continuous learning

Call Center Supervisor:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and overseas & domestic daily operations of the department

  • Direct staff workflow, monitor attendance and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner

Network Engineer (Call Center):

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support to internal and external domestic and international customers as well as distributors.

  • Records and updates customer calls on Customer Service Call Tracking Databases, in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Use defined protocols and independent judgment to properly escalate more complex issues to more experienced staff in order to resolve customer issues in the most expedient manner possible.

  • Redirects or provides necessary follow-up with customers and Customer Service Management to ensure issue is satisfactorily resolved.
